THE ARTIST - IDA ERNHARDT
I am a designing artists, born in Germany from a family of artists and writers. I studied in Germany and Australia. After gaining diplomas and certificates in Art, script writing, fashion design, hobby photographer. I studied film making at the Fremantle Institute of Technology. I toured Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria with world famous watercolour artist Robert Wade on a painting excursion.
My award winning work has been included in many National and International Exhibitions and is owned by collectors throughout Australia and overseas including: France, Germany, Austria, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, UK, USA, Canada, Equatorial Quinoa, Sweden, Belgium, Hong Kong, and many more.
I love art commisions. My largest commisioned art piece was with 3.5m x 2m high abstract. My lifelong love for art is to create wonderful, unique pieces of art that reflect the world of beauty and charm and intense power and magic. I prefer painting in acrylic and a mixture of a special preparation of oil.
